NARCON pre-registration will begin on December 1st, , 2011 and run through March 15th, 2012 and will be $45.

Pre-Registration for children will be $35 per child. T-Shirts can also be pre-ordered for $10 and will be given to you in your registration packet at the door. There will also be special door prizes for those who pre-register as well, and will still be eligible for the standard door prizes.

Registration at the door will be $50 for adults, $40 for children up to $99 per family. We will have a limited supply of T-Shirts at the door and they will be $15 each.

Hotels at NARCON

We have secured 60 rooms at the adjoining hotel, a RAMADA Inn at $75 a night. To secure your room please call 800-362-5018 or (620) 669-9311 and say your with the National Association of Rocketry.

Food while at NARCON 

Friday evening and all day Sunday will be open to your choice of local restaurants. Downtown is very close by and has several venues like Marcella's, Jillian's Italian Grill, and Dannyboys Smokehouse.

There are, of course, several chain restaurants here as well. Chili's, Applebee's, Quizno's, and Braum's, a Southern Plains states chain specializing in ice cream and hamburgers, and one of the Director's favorites places to eat.

Other options that will be available will be the Mid-Day Brunch for $11 per person. This meal will have: Scrambled eggs, Biscuits and gravy, Link sausages, Waffles, and Sliced fresh fruit.

The Evening Banquet meal will be $18 per person and will have the following food:

Garden fresh greens with assorted dressings, Pasta salad, Tomato and Bermuda with herbed vinaigrette dressing, Crisp garden vegetable display with assorted dips, Chef’s selection of a fresh vegetable, Your choice of a honey-citrus glazed ham or barbeque brisket, Wild Rice, Whipped potatoes and gravy, Cherry cheesecake for desert
